Try under rotating them to your neck. I've heard it helps build confidence.

Throw them to your back and then when you get some hair on your balls, throw them to your feet.

i can only do 2 dubs all i would say is flip really fast unless u can get really hight and trow the trick wich first time i don't think is a good idea

Keep trying, if you cant get it eventually you will get so frustrated you either lose all interest or rage and huck it so hard you stomp a triple
