I used these maybe 25-30 days (~10 tours) and while they worked great for my application I am switching this ski to a full alpine setup and don't need the additional weight. The plates and bindings are in great shape except for a few cosmetic blemishes. The holes are all threaded for M5's so you can use take the bindings off and use them with inserts on another ski. I have a set of screws I can include but they are just the plain finish and could be subject to rusting so I'd suggest picking up a stainless set.
