are you wanting it as an outer jacket? or as a layer?

if its as a layer, and you want something super warm but light weight, go with a lightweight down jacket, Rab do some awesome ones with hydrophobic (water repellent) down. stick one of those under a shell with a solid base layer on, and id be surprised if you get cold.
