Skis for out East (Line?)

So I've been looking into skis for around a year now after riding on straight ice for two years on the 2010-2011 Armada Alpha Ones. I never really enjoyed them as I don't typically hit huge features, I'm too big of a pussy to spin anything bigger than 50ft and I am really attracted to the idea of a buttery ski. I hit rails and boxes and I've really been thinking about the new Chronic because it seems to fit the East Coast skiing situation (I'm talking small mountain Massachusetts shit and the occasional trip to Vermont) but the Blend also looks so much more playful. The Afterbang makes me nervous as I know my friend had the old ones and they got beat to shit really fast on the ice and had a relatively high swing weight. Not limiting myself to Line either, I've just put a lot of research into them. Also been taking a gander at the Icleantic Da Nollies if anyone has some input on them. Last note, I'm 6'1" and about 185 and 75-85% park. Any help appreciated fellas and lady fellas.

The chronic offers everything you're looking for, check out the kink from volkl or even the OMW from Nordica if you want an all camber ski. The two skis previously mentioned (chronic & kink) are rockered tip and tail making them more versatile, but if you ski 80% and only take a few trips down groomers every now and then the OMW will do you better because it has more pop in it and it's more stable. In terms of length, the OMW id look into the 181, kink 179 and chronic the 185

So the OMW's can flex? I've heard that theyre a lot stiffer than Chronics but I'm not sure. Thank you btw!

They're a stiff ski, not very buttery, which is actually a good thing if you want to charge hard and hit big features. The Chronics will feel a lot more buttery and playful because they have a bit of rocker and are softer than the OMW.

They're not impossible to butter on, it wil just take good technique, a bit of strength, and breaking them in a bit will also help a lot. Also you're a pretty big guy so you should be able to flex them and get up on the tips and tails.

I have the blends and they are the fucking sickest skis ever, I probably wont ever buy a different model. They are 100mm under foot so for the rare pow day they rock, they are great in the park, you don't notice the size and weight that much honestly. In the trees they still are quick.

I love them so much, Please go with the blend you wont be disappointed.
