Replying to Saga Gear and Loyal Fans

In the past few years I've ordered 2 jackets, a pair of pants, and mittens from saga. (No i don't wear then all at once LOL) But today when I was doing a gear check I've noticed all of my gear has had a tear in the item somewhere. I've worn my on deck jacket literally twice, there's 2 holes inside the pockets. I have a shutout with a hole in the pocket too. I also have the deer camo mitts that I've worn 1 time, that also have a rip in them. Anyone else ever have this problem? I've noticed a lot of shit talk here on NS towards saga but I think the stuff they make is sick.
