The founder, bassist, and lead singer of the legendary band Cream passes away today from liver disease at age 71.

Cream was a supergroup consisting of Jack Bruce on vocals and bass, Eric Clapton on guitar and vocals, and Ginger Baker pounding the drums. The reason they broke up, in my opinion, is because they all were so talented they each wanted the spotlight. The band was up there among the greatest psychedelic bands (The Dead being numero uno) in the world.

He had a number of projects I highly suggest researching as well as Cream being one of the best live bands to ever step foot on a stage.
