I hit some rails at the Texas state capitol building on a bike, from my experience you get one shot at it. Roll out with a team, build a tiny lip, go fast as fuck, bail. Ten minutes is probably all you'll get.

Wait for a government shut down or petition for one. When the government is shut down, security will not be paid to work so there will not be any. Police might find you but it would turn the rail from a high bust into an average bust.

I've totally looked at hitting this before, for some reasons places with the highest busts have the sickest spots.
