Next question: My bindings arent center mounted. Will that limit me when learning? or does it really make a difference?

Switch riding is easier, rails are a little easier, and noes butters are easier with center mount. It looks cool too.

EDIT: i also like to hit up the rest of the mountain when im skiing. thats how i learned to love skiing. ive heard that center mount makes your skis chatter when skiing aggressive(which i do). is that true?

It depends on what kinda of ski and what your personal preferences. Some skis are made to be center mounted and some are made to be mounted back some.
What kinda of ski you gonna be rocking?
But like said above it depends on what your gonna be doing. People who hit a lot rails like their skis center mounted. People who have one ski for everything will mount them back a bit so they have more ski in the powder. I ride my park/allmnt ski at -2.5cm and never really noticed any issues.
