Replying to School Rivalry, NEED HELP

Ok so my high school is the West Bucks and we're rivals with the East Patriots in our area. This week is the football game and all sorts of mischief happens the week before the game. Every year they put a dead deer on our school rock (since we're the Bucks) but its not like we can put a dead Patriot on their rock so I need the help of NS to think of creative mischief we can do to their school/ rock. So far we cut the deer head off and put it on their rock, kinda messed up but you get the point, we need something new. Any ideas will help to get back at them thanks.
