nikkinopolesHow oh how do I make my back stop hurting? This last month I've been getting recurring back pain right between my shoulder blades. Not sure what's been causing it, either. It feels like I need to crack my back but can't and the one time I did it hurt like hell. Any suggestions?
Sorry this took longer than I though. My computer broke ahaha.
If you have a tennis ball, try rolling around on it. If you find a spot that seems to be a knot, I know it's counterintuitive, but just let the ball sink into it for a couple of minutes. Keep doing that with any spots that are painful, and do it a couple times a week. Also, if you have that much pain with cracking your back, if it was me, I would go to a chiropractor!
caroline.I get horrible sun blisters when I ski/ am outside all year round. I've tried 14839432342 lip balms/ sunscreens, but nothing works. Recommendations?
What elevation are you at? Like a sunburn or?
NSwidowThis is great! I was wondering, are there some vitamins that are really good to help with joint health? I see some advertised but i don't know if they're really good. I'm coming back from a knee injury and thought maybe some vitamins would help? :)
Glucosamine is really good for your joints! You can take it in a supplement, or you can get glucosamine sports drinks and things like that. I've also read that omega-3s can help with that as well.
You're seeing a pt, right?
zoasterIs there any natural way to help bruises heal faster and or better because soon my legs are going to be all purple and yellow. Any suggestions would be great!
Arnica can help with that! It's magical. If you don't know what it is, you can find it at any health food store, and you will want it in a gel or cream. It's kinda like natural icy hot, but it doesn't have the same feeling.
Also doing really light massage from the bruise up towards your heart can stimulate the healing process too! If you want to go as far as this, putting like 5-10 drops of lavender essential into a natural body lotion and using it for that massage can be even better!
