second, did you contact D-Structure and ask "what's up?", or did you immediately resort to calling them out online?
you need to realize that sometimes things happen that are out of someone's control. for all you know, it could have been a problem with their shipping company that D-Structure had no control over and you just shit on them. i'm sure that if you emailed or called the shop, the guys there would be willing to 1)refund the extra you paid for 2 day shipping and 2)hook you up with something as an apology. going directly to calling them out makes you look like a dick and honestly, i wouldn't be too quick to go the extra mile for someone like you.
use forum call-outs as a last resort only if you're not getting anywhere through normal channels.
