Vjjs or star 7s?

I need a pow/back country ski...currently looking at last years models of Armada vjjs and Rossi Star 7s because they're cheaper and not too different from this years. I want a waist bigger than 105 but smaller than 120, which both seem to do. I like the fact the that the Rossis have the honeycomb tips which will make it easier for me to float in pow. I also think the Rossis will be less chattery in shitty or harder snow. Thoughts on both skis or an entirely different pow ski?

I currently ride Misdemeanors for everything.

Yeah except people rarely go to gear chat, so I'd get more feedback here.

Plus I'd like everyone's opinion, not just ladies. But I appreciate the advice!

I would say star 7 unless you think youll be makin a bunch of bc booters

Personally, I am 5'6 and rode on a 175 JJ, plenty of float in the pow and I really didnt notice any chatter on the groomers. They were mounted 2 back from center, and I was still able to ski switch pretty well, without compromising the length in the front. I do weigh a little bit more, but it all depends on what your used to skiing on. 175 is a pretty good length for someone your height. The honeycomb tips are overrated, and really just make it look pretty.

forgot to mention, I just switched over to a pettitor 112 (ladies version is a remedy 112), I haven't used these in pow yet, but when I tested them they were awesome, super playful, and no chatter. Just another option since you are used to skiing on K2's already.

VJJs are very fun skis. My favorite pow ski I've been on so far.

I have a pair of 12/13 VJJs 175cm in good condition that I'm selling. The only reason I'm selling is because I have a terrible habit of wanting to try something new every season. Message me if you're interested.
