larilinesignI commend all you ladies who live and work in the resort towns and manage to lead normal lives. I've gotta have a really rigid job to force structure into my life. Within 2 years I would go from ski bum to naked on a yacht smoking bath salts and firing off an m-16 into the ocean.

Had some old man cuss out my friend because she told him not to block the entrance to the park, he was standing in the middle of the gate and yelled "I'm waiting my turn dumbass" as we awkwardly shuffled past him and his 7 year old kid. Despite the fact that everyone else was waiting past the gate on the knoll of the drop in, not blocking the entrance. Same guy then decided to stand in the middle of the landing zone of one of the jumps (he didn't fall and wasn't injured just felt entitled to stand there) and yelled obscenities at the people hitting the jumps, again with his kid in tow.

safarisamThis!! I also have good luck on craigslist. Taylor, are you still in Reno? If so, Truckee Craigslist and FB moves stuff pretty quickly, my brother uses it to sell his old outerwear.
I haven’t had the best luck with ski gear on poshmark, I actually deleted my listings since they weren’t moving. FB/CL can be hit or miss but those are usually my go to.

dkirseOh god, my friend just texted asking me for my new address to send a 'save the date' for her wedding. My ex is her maid of honor (lol because they're best friends) and now I'm severely nervous to see him. I guess I have to make myself look smokin' hot before August.
But also, he's dating someone now (pretty sure) and the thought of him having a date at the wedding and me not having a date at the wedding is driving me NUTS. I'm also surprised I'm even being invited to this because I only know her because of him. Also also, I haven't seen him since I left Mexico. FaceTime and texting sure, but I haven't physically seen him. Will I cower? Will I be confident? Will I still love him? Will I hate him? Quarantine is not helping this, people!!
clareachapmanThe anxiety with exes is the worst!! Things easier said than done that I've been telling myself:
1) you're on your own time line - if he has a gf it doesn't mean you should also be dating if it doesn't feel right
2) you're probably way cooler and nicer and a better skier than her! he's losing here
3) it can be exciting to dress up and feel sexy so buy a new dress and shoes to have something to look forward to!
4) don't go if you feel too anxious haha
dkirseThank you!! I'm honestly just psyching myself out, I think. If I go, I'm definitely going to be sexy af and be my most confident self.
Plus, I'm pretty sure he and I are cool. We talk from time to time but it's not like we're in each other's lives. I would be absolutely stoked to see him, but that's only because I want something to come from it. I think if I take some time to focus on myself/maybe get back into dating (slowly...) then I'll feel much more secure by the time the wedding comes around. I 100% would not feel comfortable going if I still felt insecure/unconfident around him (which is why I ended things with him in the first place).

safarisamI AM SO OVER GRAD SCHOOL AND DOING SCHOOL FROM HOME. I’m taking the pass/fail option and i still might fail a class. Also working from home has been rough. Jack moved to kalispell, which we both knew would happen from the beginning. He just moved two weeks sooner than originally. I miss my friends, I miss Bridger Brewing, and I want to move into my new place already.

lil.quinoaYeah I feel ya. I’m living in Idaho rn cuz I didn’t enjoy Bozeman. Moving to PC to join a ski team and dropping outta school. Also I feel like I met you at chalet sports haha. Came in with my dog a few times and always got my skis mounted there.
