Marker 10 Free Bindings

I need to purchase a pair of bindings for my skis and the 10 Free are cheaper than the Squire. Are they still a good binding and do they fit a 28.5 boot? If you have the bindings or have rode them please comment giving them a review.

Fuck every binding Marker ever made. I'm lucky I survived my time with my 11's without dying. My brother had the 10's on his old skis and they seemed cheesy as hell. Fuck marker.

no. they are complete shit bindings that are made for kids and novice skiers. they will not hold up to any type of serious skiing.

it sucks that bindings are expensive but you will spend less in the long run if you get something even like the px12's (which can easily be found for less than 150). any 10 din binding will break somewhat easily and need to be replaced way sooner than slightly more expnsive bindings

anyway, how much do you weigh/what DIN do you ski? do you ski aggressive or mellow? and how much are willing to pay?

From what you all have said I think that the Free 10's are really bad. What about the Squire?

Mine exploded on a cruiser run...I wouldn't bother, they're a waste of money and a mount.

im not doing crazy things on my bindings. biggest jump is 30ft and best tricks are 540, frontflip. would the squire's be ok for this stuff.

depends on your DIN. squire DIN-range is 3-11. they are a binding for a light skier so if you have to crank the DIN up to +10, i'd look somewhere else.

Also, height, weight and skier ability will help.

im 110 lbs and I want to use them 4 2 years soo in 2 years ill be about 120 lbs. and im like 5 foot 6.

If you're set on Markers, I would just jump to the griffons. The squires might not cut it after 2 years.

Ya im in the same place you are here. I have been looking at the Look PX 10 and the Px 12 demos. Depending on what kind of skiing you are doing give them a look.

what about the Look PX 12 and the Rossignol Axium? Are these bindings for park? and do they preform well in park?

You could use them. I haven't had very good luck with them in the past, and they're really heavy, but they'll certainly work.

I have friends who rode the Rossingnol Axium last season and didnt have any problems. The Look PX 12s seem pretty nice from what I could tell. As I said I have been looking at the PX 10s but havnt heard much about them

i'vle norrowed it down to the tyrolla attack 13, marker griffon 13, rossignol axiom 110. which one is best?

i wouldn't buy demo bindings, they are heavier and like rental bindings. the good thing is the easy adjustable system
