Last night at the Inspired Movie...

I was really disappointed and a bit shocked after leaving the theatre that hosted the Inspired movies in Tahoe City. The actual movies were sick and really positive. After the real movies they played the GBP snowboard flick that showed a bunch of hippies smoking week and drinking beer. I may seem like i am acting like the lady that wrote a letter to vail about marijuana. T hall said it was a 'lifestyle video' what kind of lifestyle is driving around the country in an old school bus while rolling one up? This in the same premiere as the Road to Zion and Keynote Skier and T halls segment from PBP to keep in mind. I am a bit shocked that they even showed that video. I thinking that the inspired crew did not see this movie before and did not think it would be inappropriate. The movie had a lot of smoking drinking and violent music. The movie was longer probably than both ski movies together which just made it awkward watching parents watch their kids watching this To add on top there were a bunch of little kids maybe 6 or 7 of them that were the age between 5-9 years old.

thoughts on was this bad rep for inspired crew.

haters come and make me feel bad. I know people will think that i am a pussy who complains too much but this is just disappointing that they would show this.
now my friend's dad who took me to this hates Inspired.

I've seen the photos and recaps, it's usually about 25 kids that are around the age of 14 years old, getting autographs from the biggest idiots in the ski industry.


You clearly have not been reading the posts we as a community have been writing about the Inspired tour. The smallest stops have had somewhere around 50-75 people and the majority of those are in the 17-24 range. If you hate Inspired so much why are you even here? Ill admit they are not my favorite movie house but they put out good stuff and I respect the work they do.

My point doesn't make any sense? Let me break it down for you:

Tanner Hall, the Inspired Crew, and the crew of degenerates in Tahoe (I don't even know what their fucking group name is) are absolute trash. A placid cesspool in the skiing industry. Flaunting weed, pretending your a Rastafarian, talking shit, and drinking 40s doesn't make you cool or a more badass skier...I know this is a surprise to a lot of you, which scares me.

And to further my point... Notice how Sammy and Dane shy'd away from the Inspired spotlight? They realized that being promoted in that way would be career suicide.

And one last comment....


I just randomly looked up a "GBP" video, and I have never laughed harder in my life.

The edit was titled "Soup Kitchen", and it starts out with a dramatic encounter unfolding in the streets of a third world country and shots being fired....Then it switches to white kids snowboarding at Killington and Northstar.... Kids like this should be euthanized. How can you be this much of a tool and that delusional? Almost as bad as Tanner going to Ferguson to fight the good fight....hahahaha

OP you are an idiot.. David lesh and the first drop team do the exact same stuff haha so why don't you complain about them? GBP is always keeping it fresh and are completely different then most groups. Its a tahoe movie, so it makes sense they would show it. Everyone seemed to like it so you could have left.
