Replying to How to help a depressed friend?

So I started talking to this girl recently who is wicked chill and an easy 9 (won't post pics so don't ask). We're pretty tight and she recently told me she's been like really sad lately and feels like no one cares about her after switching to a new school senior year, loosing her friend group and having her ex cheat on her(broke up 7 months ago). She has like said some pretty depressing shit about how her dad left her and how she feels like her life is worthless to everyone. I've told her that this is completely false and recommended seeing a therapist or something but she said she doesn't know what to do/ doesn't want to and that only stresses her out more. I'm chilling with her most of this weekend in hopes of lifting her spirits and have already tried to do so pretty hard with little to no response. She said she just wants to hang so we'll probably just watch movies and stuff. Just need some tips or anything from people who have been in a similar situation. Thanks for reading!
