freeski1620I'd get the bottle rocket. its more practical than the 250. if you intend to trail ride don't get a 250. if you're just gonna lap lifts get the 250. My buddy has a 250 for resort riding but has to have his stump jumper for trail riding.

gapersarefriendsany other bikes similar to the bottle rocket i should look at?
ec_jibberIve got a Giant reign and it rips everything from xc trails to bike parks. If your looking for a bike that can do it all I'd highly recommend either a reign or a trance. The Trek slash/scratch is worth checking out as well.
Mr.PenguinI had a bottle rocket for a few years. It was awesome, handled dirt jumps, technical downhill lines, free ride downhill lines, and was still able to climb. Fair warning they tend to build up fairly heavy so if you're looking for an xc bike that can jump you may want to look elsewhere. Only reason I ditched it was go to a Transition Double since I stopped riding so much real technical downhill stuff. Feel free message me if you have any specific questions.

jadavisTo be honest the frame design is a little dated. Depending on whether you like 27.5" wheels, Transition makes the Suppressor and the Patrol. These both fit your criteria. I'm also a huge fan of the Intense Tracer. What sort of price range are you looking at?
stupendous-mancheck out the specialized enduro, transition covert, trek slash, giant reign, norco truax, kona entourage, santa cruz nomad, diamondback scapegoat, and ibis mojo. I was looking for the same style of bike recently; most of these were out of my price range but they would all fit what youre looking for
