Preseason Paintball

It will be my first time paint-balling with all of my skiing friends and I want to know if there are any hardcore paintballer in the NS world. Have any tips or suggestions on how to be sick at piantball?

Don't be afraid of getting shot or getting dirty.

Don't hang in the back "sniping" like a pussy. No one likes that guy. Especially when you end up shooting your team mate in the back of the head.
Push up. It's a lot more fun than hanging back anyway.

How I play paintball and actually have a lot of fun

1. HOOONK! Air horn blows, sprint to the farthest barricade you can manage

2. Wait a few seconds to get your bearings and find out where others are. Take some shots at people you can see. Don't get into dedicated fire fights

3. Once you know where people are, find the ones who are keeping you from advancing. Have a friend shoot at those peoples barricades, and advance.

4. Keep doing this advancing tactic until you get to a comfortable spot. Shoot the enemy team in the buttocks.

Always rush when you can and push up quickly, but make sure your friends are covering you. Usually when I play my friends and I push as far to the left or right as we can then pick off people on the opposite side from us, then we flank to the back of the opposing teams side if we can and pick off people who don't know whats going on. When someone is hanging in the back of the field, chances are they have no idea what they're doing and you can pick them off pretty easily.
