Replying to New to the whole photography thing, please critique!

Got a 600D back in March. Still learning the tricks of the trade. Looking at other peoples' photos, I think I maybe need to learn a bit more about what changes I should be doing in lightroom, mainly I think I might over saturate colours a bit too much.

Most of my recent photos are from a trip I took to Vancouver Island, stunning place, scenery is totally different from what we have here in Scotland.
