Got a 600D back in March. Still learning the tricks of the trade. Looking at other peoples' photos, I think I maybe need to learn a bit more about what changes I should be doing in lightroom, mainly I think I might over saturate colours a bit too much.
Please take a look at the photos I've put up on tumblr.

Most of my recent photos are from a trip I took to Vancouver Island, stunning place, scenery is totally different from what we have here in Scotland.
Cheers guys.

If I were you, I wouldn't worry about how you're editing the photos just yet, and focus more on developing your compositional skills. Any schmuck can edit a photo to perfection, but it takes time to develop the skills required to compose a good photograph consistently. A good amount of these are nice looking photos, but I noticed that a lot of them look the same in terms of subject and basic landscape composition. Keep looking at other photos, read some books, study techniques used by great photogs, and experiment with new compositions. Most importantly, shoot as much as you can.
I would also suggest getting a manual film body and shooting some 35mm. There's a thread on here about a one year challenge where you shoot with one body and one lens, and I'm gonna advise that you check that out and consider it, because it will be greatly beneficial in the long run. You have some nice photos, but this is something I'd tell anybody starting out to get a great foundation. Keep it up, this is an awesome hobby that can pay off if you keep at it.

Try to shoot mid day less, light is everything in photography. Literally. Go for mornings/evenings when you go take pictures, landscapes especially. I also agree with the above, work on composition a little. You'll start to figure stuff out over time, don't worry.
You've got great potential, keep shooting!

Everything on the first page looks too dark & contrasty to me. Check your screen calibration.

Shoot RAW. Don't know what it is? Shoot yourself. Know what it is? Start shooting it. Know what it is AND you're already shooting it? Good for you, take this free cookie. jk you aint getting no cookie. And don't shoot yourself, it's bad for your health.
Have a great time shooting RAW. :)
