i have been tryin all year to make one and all i've gotten is a hell of a lot of bruises, cuts, and pain. i can only get around 450 before i start leanin back and bail. n e body wanna help me out?

just keep ur eys on the landing when u get to 360 and the last 180 is mostley in ur lower body
and maby hit a bigger jump

Yea all you need to do is throw a regular 360, then keep looking over your shoulder at the landing and it will bring you around, on a bigger jump i think they are easier than threes.
