Replying to Best Customer Service
Yesterday I got a call from where I'm currently getting my skis mounted. I had written down to mount them at -2 instead of the suggested -3.5. The gentleman had caulked me because he mounted them at the suggested point instead of what I wrote down. His boss was LIVID and made him let me know. Out of his minor mistake I'm getting a free remount, refund for my original mount and a free time up whenever I want in the season. I'm not even mad.
