I am personally deeply saddened by the losses we have lost the last couple of days. It comes as a huge shock to loose such high profile, boundary pushing and inspiring people. There are far more people who can write about these things far better than I can but I wanted to say how PROUD I am of our community.
The responses to these tragic events are truly heartfelt and phenomenal!! The outpouring of fantastic messages and thoughts really shows how strong and close this community is. I dont think there will be anyone who isnt effected by this.
I am so proud of the reaction. I feel both JP and Andreas would also be proud of us and I still hold onto the hope that maybe, just maybe they will get to see all of this and get to see how much they both meant to the skiing world.
