Since he is a founder of armada and pioneer of free skiing who helped design the jj they should rename it the JP

Let's wait for the official word dog. I know there's a slim chance, but there still is hope. The info came from the helo that never touched down, stating that they saw two inert bodies. Send prayers and vibes

This. We don't even know for sure they are gone. Plus even if they decide to make a ski it will have to wait till next season.

Armada has not made a statement yet. But I'm sure that this idea isn't out of the question.

Pending official confirmation, personal politics and speculative opinions aside; I would definitely buy a 195cm AK JJ 2.0 JP Auclair memorial ski.

Especially if a percentage of the proceeds went to his Alpine Initiative and/or his family.

I fully agree that the Armada JJ should be re-named to the Armada JP in memory of a skier that changed the face of skiing forever.
