Instead of thinking about what’s been happening before you or after you, you have to embrace the fact that its happening right now…Its about allowing yourself to see things from a different angle entirely… I might as well just stop doing everything I am doing, stay home and try not to breathe too much. If you try to be less and do less, that is not progression, your not really moving forward, just slowing down.
