If you skate, try doing and ice skating stop... using that technique to turn works... instead of turning 90 degrees tho, turn 45 and drag you edge before you straighten out... to carve, just lean... it's as easy as that with good skis... tough to get used to, just work on... combiniong the 2 methods works well.
