Is interviewing for the following position:
Conservative Political Activist: Director of Operations- Boise Area

The only Grassroots, Non-Partisan, Full-Time, Year-Round, Boots-on-the-Ground Conservative
Advocacy Group. If you've wanted to get involved but didn't know how, here's your chance to turn your passion for conservatism and the founding principles, into something meaningful and rewarding.

We are seeking an individual concerned with the fact that our country is in a Liberal downward spiral. Someone who is willing to stop complaining, get off the sofa and become part of the solution. If you have a thick skin and would rather push back than surrender, we need to speak with you.

Liberals say that we Conservatives are too selfish with our time and too greedy with our money to organize like they do. We adamantly disagree! Help us prove them wrong.

These are our Core Principles. They are non-negotiable.

We Support:
• America and the Constitution
• Our U.S. Troops
• The founding principles. Primarily, a Limited Government, The right to Self Determination and the belief that all men are created equal, thereafter they should be judged on the content of their character, behavior and what they stand for.
• Capitalism
• Giving a hand up to the helpless and needy.

We Oppose:
• A corrupt and intrusive federal government.
• Racism, both race baiting and the original variety.
• Politicians who purchase votes with American tax dollars and foreign debt.
• Exploitation of minorities for personal political gain.
• Propping up the clueless and greedy at the expense of the helpless and needy.

This is how we're doing it:
• Unite all Conservative people- Ultra, Social, Fiscal, Moderate, Democrat and Republican
• Organize and Mobilize Conservatives
• Get out the vote efforts in underserved areas(e.g., rural areas, suburbs)
• Correct the image of Conservatives and Liberals
• Philanthropy based in Conservative Principles
• Give voice to everyday, ordinary Conservatives
• Promote Conservative alternative products and services

This is how we're different:
• We are the only conservative oriented community organizer.
• We love all our fellow man- even those with whom we disagree.
• We don't tell Conservatives what they should think. We, Conservatives, can think for ourselves.
• We don't feel compelled to argue with or defend our principles to those who oppose us. We are Conservatives, that is all anyone needs to know.

Conservative Political Activist: Director of Operations- Boise Area

Position Responsibilities:

1. Establish a local unit of "Conservatives Uniting", and act as the point of contact with state and national level leadership (not associated with the Republican or Democratic Party).
2. Coordinate events and campaigns designed to Unite, Organize and Mobilize Principled Conservatives.
3. Oversee all CU programs in the subject area to ensure goals are achieved.
4. Articulate conservative principles, verbally and in writing to motivate other Conservatives to get involved.
5. Manage a small office, staff and fleet, on a modest budget.
6. Must be willing to travel periodically, expenses paid, to include a monthly leadership conference held in various cities, in various states across the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.


