College Calc (assuming calc 1 / business calc) is a joke. You NEED a good teacher otherwise it will be hell. Math is all about having the best teachers possible.
Memorize every way / form to do the derivatives. The class will be very easy if you can understand how to manipulate the derivatives. Sounds horrendous but just takes some practice time and you will be able to breeze through it.
Calc I and Calc II were the toughest courses i took in first year probably. that and classical mechanics I (basically just statics) but when i took applied differential equations (diffies) in second year, I had a way better prof and man it makes a HUGE difference. I honestly didnt understand what I had done in Calc I and II until I took diffies. now in fourth year i look back on calc I and II and can safely say i understand everything that course was supposed to teach me, even if I didnt at the time haha
just study man. try to stay caught up, falling behind in a class like that will kill you. work your ass off and i guarantee it will pay off (assuming you will have similar courses in the future) it really is the fundamental stuff so its pretty important, and worth the effort.
KravtZCollege Calc (assuming calc 1 / business calc) is a joke.
Just because you find it easy does not mean everyone does. I had a very tough time with calc 1 and 2. Just stick with it and it will eventually all click.
I took calc in highschool and now doing it in university and its really easy for me, however my university teacher teaches it like a retard so it becomes really confusing
Calc 1 and 2 were not that bad for me, just practice the problems over and over until it clicks. There aren't a whole lot of ways they can phrase it. Calc 3 made no sense to me at all. I lived off of partial credit and the pity of our professor. Pretty much everyone failed that course but it was curved like a mo-fo so people could move on with their majors. Most useless course I ever took.
