i just bought a new pair of boots that dont have the same insole length as my last, am i able to refit my fks to the new boot without having to redrill?
How big is the difference in BSL?
It also depends on how far in/out the arms on your FKS were when they were first mounted. If they're in the middle of the range already you can typically accommodate 5-6mm difference in BSL in either direction. If they were mounted wound all the way in then you may get just over 1cm.

i went from 27.5 booters to 27.0 B&E, the BSL difference is 5mm smaller, when you say "arms" what do you mean?
your bindings may need to be re "mounted" to insure proper forward lean and optimum performance
you do not appear to be "armed" with the knowledge to determine this
best go visit a friendly ski tech
bring beer or buds

the fks doesnt have a true "forward pressure" screw. INSTEAD it has two arms that screw in and out and those are the forward pressure divices. "the two arms" are what hold the heel piece to the baseplate

appreciate the help, how would i go about adjusting those? i am from ohio where you can only trust the techs about as far as you can throw em seeing as theyre all boarders...
First, if your asking how, go have a certified tech do it for you.
Second, there is a white triangular tab on the back of the heel piece. The end of this tab needs to line up with to marks on the heel piece. When these are lined up the forward pressure should be good.
To Low of Pressure
Correct Pressure
(I am not being held liable for blown knees or any injuries you suffer if you dont properly know how to do this)

good job explaining how, but in reality op a shop should be doing this because the little indicator isnt always correct. good luck
