Actually I thought it looked like a lame, really huge fanny pack at first. But half way through the video, it actually looks pretty cool. Might be pretty heavy fully loaded though.

I think it's a cool idea but I don't really see any use for me while skiing. I need a bag that can carry one body, two lenses and a film camera along with batteries, cards, etc. I use either a backpack because it stays securely in place no matter what I do, or a fanny pack worn on my belly for quick draws. This seems too big to be practical while skiing, the one shoulder strap makes it less secure than the backpack, and it takes longer to use than the fanny pack, maybe it's just that I can't imagine trying to ski with a bag that big attached only on one shoulder strap. Just my .02, I think it is definilty a step in the right direction though.

The camera bag market is pretty saturated right now, unless a company is putting out really clean product (ONA, HoldFast Gear), I don't see the point in trying to compete with Lowepro or Think Tank.

Your video was good, but I just can't see this taking off; ugly design, too bulky, sling bags are extremely uncomfortable when loaded up with as much gear as they showed. A $400msrp is at the higher end of camera bags, can't see this selling for that when you look at what other manufactures are offering.

If you really need quick access use a messenger bag like journalists have been doing for years. Regardless, any rear access backpack (Dakine, Lowepro, F-Stop) can easily be used as a 'table' by swinging the bag to your front with the waist belt done up.

Although it is only subtly different than other swing around rear entry bags it seems much more slick. I'd get one if they had a more classic styling as mentioned above but I'm not as interested in something so tech for my style of shooting.

Thing is, everyone who needs super quick switches, e.g, wedding photographers, would be using two bodies with a full range covered. Anything else wouldn't need a rapid switch. Plus they'd want all their kit super super secure. Not trying to kill your vibe btw seems pretty rad tho

Most wedding photographers also care about looking the part and being as least disruptive as possible, aka not having a massive obnoxious bag. Dual camera straps are all the rage these days for a reason, leave your bag somewhere save while shooting and have your assistant grab new cards/batteries/film/lenses for you...

Interesting feedback! I hadn't thought about a lot of those scenarios. I'l report back on how skiing with it feels, it felt relatively secure with the waist strap on... been hearing a lot of mixed opinions, i guess it's not for everyone but it's still pretty neat and solves a problem

Cool idea, but I hate sling packs, and the thing looks massive. I find backpacks comfier, and for skiing/hiking I really like to have the waist straps so it takes of some weight and isn't flying everywhere.
