I AM SO FUCKING PISSED RIGHT NOW, I GIVE MY BINDINGS TO THE SKI SHOP AND THEY MOUNT THEM, BUT I GAVE THEM TWO-SETS, MY OLD SALOMONS AND MY P10S, I GAVE THEM MY SALOMONS BECAUSE I WANTED TO SEE IF THOSE SCREWS WOULD WORK, AND WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, THEY MOUNTED MY FUCKING SKIS WITH MY SALOMON BINDINGS AND THEYRE CHARGINE ME! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT? AND I ASKED THEM IF I COULD ORDER THE PARTS AND HAVE THEM REMOUNT, AND THEYRE GONNA CHARGE ME FOR THAT TOO! THATS A 40 BUCKS MISTAKE THAT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR!! MAN FUCK THEM, THEY CAN DIE AND GO TO HELL!

Have your mom/dad go in there and get a refund for you. Have which ever one is the most calm and cool go in there. That is really bad what they did. Most people are scared of parents though so have them do it for you.

i know your pain, i told a shop to center mont my skis, they didnt, so i went back and told them to fix it, and they put the bindings up further but still didnt mont them in the center, i just gave up

i work at a shop and if you go in ask for the manager and speak nicely and in complete sentences they should do something for you. we te ll people like you to get out of the shop... literally. just dont be a dick, people make mistakes.

that sucks. once you get your skis back, never go there again and get as many people as you can to stop going there.

rochester, ny is not new england...but you are basically right..99% of all ski shops suck...period..I haven't found a ski shop that hasn't fucked my shit up in some way. Once I have my own house, I'm going to put together a sick ski shop and rail welding shop..
