Lips and skiing

Hello all,
As I am waiting for people to post on my "Cork 7 conundrum!" post, which somebody told me to, "Drink monster and smoke cigarettes". This got me thinking about tobacco products. I was wondering if anyone else out there in the Newschooler's community enjoys chewing tobacco as much as I do when i'm out on the slopes.

Here is a short pros/cons list I came up with.

Dip:
Pros:
-Lasts longer
-No need for a lighter
-Fairly discrete
-Lips'n'flips

Cons:
-Makes faceplanting that much worse
-High altitude + dip can be a nasty combination
-Hard to pack lips due to gloves.

My friend and I were riding up the lift with this gaper hick, and we was chewing tin after tin the entire way up. The wind was blowing across the hill, so when he spat he'd occasionally hit us. We asked him to spit the other way and he just kind of went "hmm hmm" cause he had a whole fucking tin in his mouth. As were about to get off, I notice he has this shit-eating grin on his face. The when we get off, he spits a shitload on my friend. So he was skiing off fast, and thought he could outrun us. My friend caught up to him and I expected him to push him down but he just followed him, staring at him. When we got to the bottom, my friend went full ape shit on the guy. Fucking beat him down, took his skis, and threw them into the pond at the bottom of the hill. I just stood there shocked cause this kid was the least-confrontational person I know.
