GoPro Hero4, 4k 30p, 2.7k 60p, 1080 120p

Hero 3+ becomes new silver and gets integrated touch screen on the back. Black will have no display but high fps modes.
Anounce early October.
Available mid October.

I can't wait. We're getting some at my hockey team as soon as they come out. 1080 at 120 fps will be crazy, TWIXTOR ALL THE THINGS!

Been watching the rumors for a while. Planning on picking up a 4 black in the near future. 4k is cool, but 1080/120p looks awesome.

I know, and I'm stoked, I have always been a major gorpro fanboy, the value is insane! At that price point it becomes a debate between this or a new lens though... haha.

It was already hovering around $300, I think most places will just get rid of the current inventory at this price. Anything else would cannibalize further sales

got one heading over soon! I'm real stoked on this one actually. it looks like almost everything I've been waiting for since the hero 2

Also I think the hero 3+'s will still be around the same price (maybe a tad bit less) seeing as their bringing in the 4's at a different price points.

I'll do a side by side comparison once I've got both in my hands.

Gopro is really innovative with every new announcement. That vid was really, really insane. And Im stoked about the manual controls- It probably can be used for starlapses now. And the fact that even though Gopro holds the vast majority of the market and could go the Canon route with minimal updates, they continue to innovate, which is really cool!

Man... I really hope that IF3 comes through and hooks it up.

I won one the last night, obviously they didnt have one to give me but took all my info and said it would be in the mail beginning of October so.... hopefully it actually comes.
