Should I keep my Current Boots or get New Ones?

So last year I bought some Tecnica Cochise 60 boots from my friend because I was just starting off (sold them to me for $10). Although I haven't got them fitted to me, they seem to fit just fine. No pressure points on the right boot, slight pressure point on top of foot on left boot. I'm 150 lbs, 5'7", and I ski park (medium sized jumps, small rails). Is it worth getting new boots? I know 60 is a really soft boot (especially for someone skiing park) but I don't have the money to get new boots at the moment. Also, I don't think my feet are done growing

it isnt really a yes or no type thing. do you think you need new boots? if you have the money and you really think you do, then go get some. but if you are fine with the boots you have then just keep them. we arnt the ones wearing them so its your decision

Really it will come down to if you can afford too. Those boot will certainly be him you back some what so if you have te money it is alway worth getting a good pair of boots. But it is no really worth going Half way with boots. So it's not enough to just get a boot you will want custom footbeds too which will mean you will be looking at a minimum of about $600 for new boots. Obviously that is a lot so it may be that you could start with footbeds for your current boots. That way you inprove the fit and performance of what you have then next season you could invest in new boots knowing you already have the footbeds good to go into the new boot. That is what I would do unless you have money to down straight away on new boots.

You dont have money and you are new to skiing and you are growing and your boots work fine, you answered your own question. Get good boots in 1-2 years when you are a better skier
