Replying to SKI Comparison help SideSeth vs. Sick Day 125

It's time again, a new season is comming up and this year I'm looking to expand my collection with a pair of powder skis.

I'm from Denmark, and I ski mainly in the European Alps.

I don't know if it's prohibited to link the skis from the shop directly, so I'm just gonna post names, pics and prices.

Line Sick Day 125 13/14
Available sizes 186 cm and 192 cm.
Price: Before 600€, now 300€.

K2 SideSeth 12/13
Available sizes 181 cm.
Price: Before 700€, now 300€.

About me

My thoughts
I was thinking about going with the Line Sick Day 186 cm, but I don't know if the extra sidecut-centre width (7 mm) is too much for general European conditions.

My other skis I usually bring is a pair of K2 Kung Fujas 12/13 (179 cm), they have a width of 102 mm. So they should cover those days where the snow is not great enough for the Line Sick Day's right?
