Whitedot One Sizing

A buddy of mine who does not have an NS account was wondering if the should get the whitedot one in a 173 or a 180cm, he is 5'8" and 130lbs. He is using them just for park, and is probably done growing or may grow like 1 inch. So what is the right size for him?
