Guys, from the posts i've read so far, it seems like you all have really good advice to give. I'm lloking into buying some skis this year. I mostly ski out west, so im interested in getting a fatter sized ski. I want something good for the whole mountain, powder, bumps, crud, groomers, i dont really venture into the park too often though. My main choices are the Volkl Karma, Scratch BC, Armada ARV, Line Pollard Pro...Any suggestions?

I think the Armada ARV or a 4frnt Msp would be a solid ski for you. Both are perfect for what your talking about. The ARV has a little more giving flex. The MSP will probably never break on you and has a sidecut that is perfect for powder, but still usable on the groomers. But both those skis are amazing, and no one has anything to complain about them.
So now it comes down to what type of flex do you like and how heavey are you?

Armadas ARVs are made for the park. If you don't want to get into park skiing, don't buy them. Even if they did ski ok all-mountain, you'd be paying for something you're not planning on using. Consider the Seth Pistols, the PocketRockets, Troublemakers, Skogens, or the AR 5. All of those will do ya fine under foot.
Remember: the size of your nuts is directly proportional to your badassitude.
Brand loyalty is for losers.

^I think your getting your skis mixed up...the ARV is made for powder skiing/backcountry hits-but is also made to handle the park. The AR5 is the ski that was designed for riding the park/pipe/etc.
