14 days ago, I finalized payment for a HoodCrew package from PAW. The second I told them payment was finalized (Via PayPal) they said they would ship. 14 days later, they have not responded to a single email of mine, but took the paypal transaction. 14 days for shipping from denver to denver is just not possible, and I am assuming I got scammed. Do not buy from this company.

there's a whole lot of people who associate themselves with us. it's impossible to keep tabs/ monitor everything that's going on. PAW goggles is our friend's company out in Quebec but the rest of us can't be held responsible for whatever mishaps are going on out there
this degenerate image is not completely accurate. we've allowed our image to be loose, rowdy and inconsistent because sometimes/ more often than not, that's what the skiing needs..
however, the other side of this inconsistency is the complete lack of control that occurs with an extensive mix of personalities that comprise the "hoodcrew"
so to make this simple.. PAW goggles needs to resolve this issue and not suck dick at customer service. We are clearly associated with this "hoodcrew" package because it involves our name and logo but honestly we receive 0 benefits from this "collaboration" and unfortunately it's making an already questionable reputation appear a little more shady

dude what. our name can't be slandered. its bad enough as is. giving away free movies isn't an issue of sticking up for ourselves. what you don't understand is everything is free if you're at the right place at the right time. sometimes you might offer someone a hoodcrew dvd and a capsule of salty drugs and they'll still turn you down because who know's what's real anymore. its not a matter of being classy. its all a sense of direction

Isn't the skier behind this company Chirs Bolduc? I'm sure if you send him a PM he would get it resolved. I do find it shady that they only have a Facebook account and you need to PM their page to "place an order".
Side note ~ has anyone placed an order through Paw and actually got the goggle's in hand? Would love see/hear a product review.
I was thinking about making this thread too. I tried to buy a package from them at the beginning of the summer. It was 100 dollars and hat a hat, goggles ,and a crewneck. I figured since I live in AK it was lost or just taking a long time. After over a month they wouldn't respond to any of my emails. Then i sent them a new email and they responded and said they would send me a new one. It's probably been 3-5 weeks since that, so there probably no coming. Be careful when buying from small new brands.
i feel like it's a bit obvious on the internet to know to feel extremely uncomfortable making a purchase not directly through a website, and to have little faith in the people you send your money to, unless they're reputable. that being said i'm sort of surprised people are doing this, unless they've had an inside personal source that say "dude it's legit!"
that being said, don't let someone take your money and not do anything when you don't get shit. i've bought shit off ebay and gotten fake dvds or a busted blackberry and the first thing you do is contact the seller, and if that's a no go, FUCK their reputation, and contact paypal immediately, or your credit card company. someone taking your money and never delivering is flat out theft, and whether it's theft directly through the company, or via your postal service. all these things can be traced.
on top of it all, to say hoodcrew doesn't get anything from this is false. first off, free publicity, unless i'm not understanding here that you're name isn't the same hoodcrew affilitated with the package. second off, if these arsehats are tarnishing your name, you might wanna suggest they man up or completely drop your name. nike isn't afraid to shit on anyone who slips up, that's why nike is the giant. that's business to me. don't let people shit on your rep.

I dont think hoodcrew wants to be anything like Nike. Pretty sure that has been made clear.
hey guys im the owner of paw ! that was a big missunderstood they lost the package.... everything is arrange now i gave is money back and gave him a free package..! before judging you should all know the truth
I did buy from PAW and did recieve my goggles. I had to wait waaaaay too fucking long to recieve them but whatever. Product seems good to me, I'll try them out on the first day and tell you more about the goggles

UPDATE: C-BO and I have been e-mailing back and forth all day, and he is handling the situation to the absolute best it can be handled. He has given me a refund and is sending me more than I paid for. I'm not sure what happened in the first place (something about being sent to detroit?) but Chris is handling it admirably. I'll post a review of the goggles when they get here.
TL;DR dont hate PAW, mixups happen, he's fixing it.
