Nah, b. That's a cuban. A stalefish is outside of opposite tail. Reach for cuban, reach past it, and grab the outside edge. It's like a reach around tindy.

First you must feed a fish a stale piece of bread. Let it sit until you notice the bread making said fish go stale. Once the fish in question is sufficiently stale make an attempt to grab it. You most likely wont be able to grab it first time since the fish will be pretty slimy. Good luck.
