"Business" can mean you own a hardware store or a lumber yard. Business can be a lot of different things. Most business people dress functionally and in step with the requirements of the "work" or "product" and probably own a funeral suit, and a wedding suit, and couldn't afford to golf if they wanted to.
Seeing as how the article specifically spoke about "big business" and corporations, yes, I have first hand seen business take place that way in states all over the country. Was I typing with an intentional incendiary tone and a quick, overly simplified reduction? Yeah. But, that doesn't change the fact that there is a strata of business that operates as an entirely different class, and I find it to be pretty damn ugly and rife with entitlement, privilege, nepotism, and an inherent "king of the mountain" attitude. So, read that wall of non-delineated text I just spewed in 3 minutes on a coffee fueled mid-morning buzz, and deal with it my guy.
Or type an essay about what business means in the modern world and show me how nuanced and well-rounded your understanding of the world is.

No it isn't. For example, you can say "there's a difference in the way you use there, their, and they're." instead of "there's a difference between there, their, and they're," but you can't say "there's a difference in there, their, and they're" instead of "there's a difference between there, their, and they're."
If the two were truly interchangeable, you could use one instead of the other regardless of phrasing or context. That isn't the case with "between" and "in."
