I'm 5'10, 140 pounds, ski almost exclusively park/groomed terrain in Pennsylvania. I don't go huge or anything, no landings beyond 30-40 feet and mostly boxes/rails. Nothing crazy.
I've been looking for a ski that's relatively soft and flexy but still poppy, lighter is generally better, low swing weight, etc. Symmetric is preferable. I was originally looking at the 13/14 Line Afterbang because I can get a good deal on them, but I've heard everywhere that they're really heavy. I don't know if this changed between the pre-2014 models and the 2014 itself, the Line site said weight was decreased 10% or something. Anyways, other skis I've started to consider are the 14 Volkl Ledge, 14 Volkl Step, 14 Atomic Infamous, 14 Line Traveling Circus, etc. If anyone has experience with any of these skis I'd love to hear about them, whether they'd be a good fit for me. Obviously I'm open to other suggestions too, but I'd like to not spend much more than $250-300. Thanks
