"Permanently Delete" not working for images

I tried to delete a picture from my profile a few weeks ago and the "Permanently Delete" link does not do anything. Tried again today and it is still dead. Thought I should bring it to your attention

btw this is on Chrome for mac

In the meantime you can click on "My Media" and delete it from there
