How old were u when ur body started to turn to shit

Im not there yet, i can still ski as well as ever, but i know its coming. My joints get sore more easily, but thats the only thing going on right now. i know you cant have a kids body forever.
How old were you or when do you you think you will be when your joints and muscles take a shit?

Sideshow not everybody, but from what ive seen most pro skiiers stop progressing around their late 20s. The are exceptions like bernie rosow who was doing cab single cork 14s at age 30

I am also 27 and feel fine. Most of it is how you take care of yourself. If you stay active, your body won't get away from you. I ski, play hockey, play soccer, go running, move around at my job a lot.

As far as your joint pains, you probably just need to drink more water. Water lubes up your joints very easily and quickly. Where if you drink a lot of pop, it will make them ache. Or you have come from a Lon line of weak jointed people and you have no hope

30 here, all joints and muscles are holding up fine as far as performance goes

at mid 20s my recovery started to suffer and i'd be sore longer

somewhere in the last year my endurance disappeared

roughly around 19, riding park was always risky for me but i ended losing some hearing and getting two concussions over the last year that really wrecked me.

At 13 I had already torn my acl twice and fractured my back. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees and wrists at 15 and since I have injured almost every part of my body. It's pretty safe to say I'm a cripple at the age of 18.

I started losing my hair at 17 and now have serious problems with hair growth at 20. My neck beard is slowly connecting to my chest hair and I look about 30ish.

Physically tho im pre good

I am 31. I wouldn't say that my body has turned to shit, but definitely has changed in the past 3 years.
I am still in good shape, but I am getting more aches and pains now. Joints are more stiff, and painful sometimes. I don't bounce back up from a slam like I used to. It has a lot to do with genetics, but also how you take care of yourself.

seriously what the hell is it with skiers and insane perceptions about age.. is it cause park skiers are so young?

if you eat well and work out you should be in prime physical condition for a long time. sure you won't have rubber knees like a 15 year old but come on...you 20 somethings harping on about your old age are so lame..sack up
