Replying to Looking for a roommate! Renting house in Burlington VT

Me and my friend Pat are renting out a house in Burlington VT (right next to uvm, lake champlain, sugarbush/glenn, canada, you name it. It is going to be a great winter, just need one more homie to shred the peaks, and tear up the streets.

Rent will be about $600/month and that will cover everything. 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. nice ass house.
