Replying to Bacons vs opuses

My friend would be willing to sell me a pair of 185 opuses with high end atomic bindings(i forget what kind but i know they are nice and sell for over $300 at evo. This seemed like a great deal but i recently found a deal where i could get a pair of bacons with tyrolia attack 13s (never heard of these) for $350. What would you do if you were me? For reference i am 16 years old 6 foot 2 and weigh 165 pounds. I consider myself a pretty advanced skier. I mostly ride park and have a pair of thalls that i use for that but i am looking to get into more backcountry this year and would mostly be using the skis for 40%pow 40% all mountain and 20% groomers. I live in washington and ski at snoqualmie, stevens, and sometes crystal or baker so keep in mind the snow isnt always ideal
