I have a pair of AR7's which I cant possibly say enough good things about. However, they are a little stiff and are traditional camber so I'm looking for another pair with a little bit of a different attitude.
I'm looking for something around 90 underfoot with a medium to softer flex and rocker tip and tail for buttering. basically something a little wider for hucking and something that is going to be all around more playful.

The B-Dog ticks those boxes. The alpha X aswell which is slightly stiffer, and also last years halo2 which is basically the B-Dog.

Armada def makes some great skis, but honestly i was thinking about checking out another brand for the hell of it. What do people think about on3p? maybe even faction?

Filthy Rich's sound like pretty much exactly what you're looking for. Soft and buttery in the tip and tail, stable underfoot. 88 underfoot (almost the 90 you're looking for). Super fun to ski around and carve on. Pretty much an all around awesome ski.

The FR is a great choice for sure.
In terms of Faction, the Candide 1.0 is exactly what you are looking for. Not as much rocker as the FR, but still plenty for butters and float. If you ski more all mtn as well, consider the Soma, which is stiffer and asymmetrical, so it will be more versatile.

good advice, i think at this point i need to think about what gaps i have in my current quiver and what ski would best cover that.
