To actually answer your question you will spin faster if you tuck your hands under your knees. Holding your feet can work, but I find that if I think the tramp sucks I have to tuck my knees in to get that around.

Do you have access to a foam pit anywhere near you? It's much better to get used to the feeling of dubs into a pit before you just straight up chuck it.
