Replying to Let's Scam a phone Scammer!!!

Ok so I received a voicemail today from a gentleman informing me that he was with the "IRS" and that I owe them roughly $5,000 for fraudulent taxes in 09' and 12' - and f I didn't pay within a hr they would send an officer to my home to arrest me, along with canceling my credit cards and drivers liscense... When I started asking. Questions he hung up ... Best part - his English is very poor and he only has my address from 7 yrs ago... I did some digging and he has been pulling this scam for a few months now.... I would love if everyone scammed this scammer!

Call him up and .... Order cupcakes, ask for a
Date, ask for sponsorship, ask if his fridge is running.... Get creative :) the best jokes get k++++++
