Get in trouble hitting urban

Can you actually get in trouble for hitting urban? I feel like unless there's a no trespassing sign they can't really do anything but I could be wrong (this is my first year hitting urban). I'm in Milwaukee in case that matters

Trespassing is illegal whether there's a sign or not. If it's private property and the owners don't want you there they can either 1. Ask you to leave 2. call the cops or 3. Let you ski and not give a fuck. You might just get a slap in the wrist if the cops are called or they could arrest you. It all depends. You could get a bunch of different charges too like vandalism, trespassing, disturbing the peace idk whatever they want. Even if the charges don't make sense.

I'm not entirely sure about public property, but the cops can make you leave. Not sure if they can actually write you any kind if ticket or arrest you for it though since it is public property. And I highly doubt there's a no skiing sign or law but I could be wrong.

If it is on privet property then the owner has the right to tell you to leave, and that is what most of them will do before calling the cops (There are exceptions). Please though, if they ask you to leave don't be an ass about it, clean up your mess, gather your stuff, and leave. They have good reason to be worried. While you may not sue if you get hurt, they have no way of knowing that.

When it comes to cops it really depends on their personality. In general skiing much like streaking is frowned upon in places it's not meant to be. As for charges, they could get you for anything from vandalism to trespassing to disturbing the peace. Just as with property owners, be nice to the police and they just might go easy on you or in the best case scenario, let it slide.

All depends on the cops. Sometimes u get a bitchy cop who will kick you out/give u a ticket... what happens to me and my buddies is chill police will stay and watch till your done and then ask you to leave... could go either way
