SteakheadYes it does, If you are not on SCOTT Goggles you are not on Scott Skis. Conflict of interests. You wouldn't be under contract on Oakley Outerwear and Smith Goggles. I am bummed to see him leave but at the same time this is a good thing for Tom and some new opportunities, it was a great run that came to an end.

Not only are some of those wrong, but also you are missing the point. If sponsors required every aspect of athletes equipment to be theirs, than every Scott, Salomon, and Atomic athlete would not be able to have other sponsors. The thing about Scot though its that they are first and foremost an outerwear brand. Every scott athlete must at least wear their goggles in order to be part of their team. That is why you have people like Tom wearing Scott goggles and North Face outerwear, but he can't be on scott skis and Shred goggles. Catch my drift?
Sorry but definetly not armada cause armadas team wouldn't get along I don't think especially t hall I don't think he likes tom that much plus there team is more of a family and tom doesn't really need that to be honest he needs someone that pays him alot

Does that mean you have moved in to the hardgood market of the ski world and signed twall as your first team member for the ski side of saga ? If so great marketing move to get your brand out there to the masses.

Tom will let go of some of the money for a life long ski sponsor thats doing something bigger than just putting his name on some skis. A company that already has the best backcountry style skier, best big mountain goin ham skier, best new era big mountain skier, best pipe skier and one of the most influential skiers of the last decade. A company that is based out of Utah. Back to where he started. It just makes sense. 4FRNT

People need to get over this "Family" bullshit. Armada is a business, and their team riders are all business men (some to a larger extent than others), and I guarantee you that none of them think of Armada as a family. It happens that some of them are close personal friends, but that doesn't negate that Armada is a business, pure and simple.

Why has no one mentioned Fischer yet, while not huge in freeskiing they did pick up joss a while back and invested a ton into the freeski range of their brand. They have the money and a competition based team and the nightsticks perfectly match Tom's riding style.

Any potential sponsor is going to be wondering how much long term potential Tom has, and if you look at his age, you're gonna have to scratch your head and wonder, right?
